Gigi’s Kids Speech & Language Therapy is a pediatric speech and language clinic in West Bloomfield, Michigan. The clinic serves children from birth through adolescence and focuses exclusively on communication-related support, including pediatric speech therapy, pediatric language therapy, and speech and language teletherapy for families in Michigan. Its services address concerns such as speech delay, language delay, articulation disorders, stuttering and other fluency concerns, childhood apraxia of speech, autism-related communication needs, AAC use, literacy challenges, executive functioning, sensory regulation needs that affect communication, and tongue thrust concerns that may affect speech, eating, drinking, and swallowing.

The practice was founded in 2010 by Amanda G. Tompkins, MS, CCC-SLP, who has more than 25 years of pediatric experience and has been certified through ASHA since 2000. The clinical team also includes Marci Frank, MA, CCC-SLP, whose work focuses on early childhood and preschool language development, parent coaching, AAC, and play-based therapy, and Sarah Addis, M.A., CCC-SLP, who has training in early intervention, autism spectrum disorder, expressive and receptive language delays, motor speech, articulation, AAC, and virtual therapy. Gigi’s Kids describes its care as personalized, child-led, playful, and family-centered. Parents and caregivers are actively included in therapy so skills can be practiced at home, and clinicians use sensory-aware strategies, advanced training, and approaches such as Hanen programs and the PLAY Project to support each child’s communication development.
