Out of the Box Speech is a pediatric speech therapy private practice based in Hoboken, New Jersey. The practice offers individual speech-language services in the home, at a childs preschool or daycare, and in community settings. The website also describes preschool social skills groups, evaluations, family trainings, and behavior support consultations. Services are presented for children with needs related to language delays, articulation, autism, social language, apraxia and other motor speech challenges, feeding, literacy, fluency and stuttering, memory, executive functioning, higher-level thinking skills, and language processing and comprehension. Out of the Box Speech was co-founded by Kristen Fallon, M.S. CCC-SLP, and Ashley Menchise, M.S. CCC-SLP. Kristen is listed as ASHA and NJ/NY certified, holds a New York TSSLD credential, and is PROMPT trained. Ashley is listed as ASHA and NJ certified, PROMPT trained, and a Wilson Reading System instructor. Their backgrounds include school-based work with children with language-based disabilities, along with additional experience in early intervention, rehabilitation, and in-home speech-language services.
