About Social House Therapy

Social House Therapy brings pediatric speech therapy to where kids already are: home, preschool, childcare, ABA center, or a community setting, plus telehealth. Led by Madison Jeffery, MS, CCC-SLP, we serve Tempe, Scottsdale, and the East Valley with play-based, child-led sessions and hands-on parent coaching. We support late talkers, autism and social communication, speech sound disorders, stuttering, and AAC users. Arizona ESA (ClassWallet), HSA, and FSA accepted. Start with a free 15-minute call.

Madison earned her bachelor’s degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from Arizona State University and her master’s degree from Northern Arizona University, and spent four years as a speech-language pathology assistant before becoming an SLP. We work with children from infancy through the school-age years. Sessions look a lot like play, because for a young child, play is the work. You’ll always know what we’re working on and why, explained in plain language, with small, doable strategies that fit into your everyday routines.

Start with a free 15-minute consultation. We'll listen to your concerns, answer initial questions, and recommend the most appropriate next step. If an evaluation is recommended, we'll help you schedule it. If your child completed a comprehensive evaluation within the last six months, we can review it to determine whether it meets current clinical and documentation needs.

Three options: in-home in Tempe, Scottsdale, and nearby areas; on-site at preschool, childcare, and ABA centers, subject to facility approval; and telehealth statewide across Arizona. Some families use a combination of in-home and telehealth services when clinically appropriate and scheduling allows.

We work with children from infancy through the school-age years. Children can be assessed far earlier than most families expect: we use language measures normed from 8 months of age and speech measures from around 18 months, so there is rarely a reason to wait for a birthday before finding out where your child stands.

You are welcome to contact us directly. A medical or developmental diagnosis is not required to schedule a consultation or speech-language evaluation. We are currently a private-pay practice, and no referral is needed for private-pay clients.

At this time, we are a private-pay practice and do not bill insurance directly. We can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
