Cancellation policies are set by each provider, but most require at least 24 hours’ notice and may charge a portion of the fee, often 50 percent, for late cancellations. Providers may charge the full fee for missed appointments without notice. A card on file is required to book, and it is also used for any memberships you choose to start. Membership fees are auto-drafted on a set schedule, and you must notify your provider ahead of the next draft date, typically at least 72 hours in advance, if you wish to cancel. Providers may charge late fees if a card on file is declined and payment is delayed.
