ProRehab Physical Therapy’s Dunn program, formerly known as Dunn Physical Therapy, has served the Louisville community for 20 years. The practice now operates under the ProRehab name while retaining its established therapists, leadership, and focus on pelvic health. Dunn services are available at two Louisville locations: Springhurst at 10321 Champion Farms Drive and Dutchmans at 4042 Dutchmans Lane. The practice lists pelvic health therapy, prenatal and postpartum care, pediatric incontinence and bowel dysfunction treatment, oncology rehabilitation, and care related to osteopenia and osteoporosis. The Springhurst clinic also provides orthopedic and sports physical therapy, pediatric physical therapy, chronic pain care, concussion management, gait and balance training, manual physical therapy, post-surgical rehabilitation, TMJ care, trigger point dry needling, vestibular care, workplace injury rehabilitation, and treatment for back, neck, and knee pain.

The clinical team works with patients across ages and activity levels, including young athletes, older adults, children, and people seeking specialized pelvic health care. Care is personalized and informed by current clinical evidence, with goals centered on reducing pain, restoring function, and helping patients return to daily activities. Melissa McElroy, PT, DPT, WCS, is a clinic director and board-certified women’s health specialist with a long-term focus on pelvic health. Brittany Thompson, PT, DPT, TPS, is certified in trigger point dry needling and therapeutic pain and has an interest in chronic pain and patients ranging from athletes to geriatric adults. Other team members have pelvic health certification, pediatric pelvic floor training, orthopedic backgrounds, and experience with core training, flexibility, balance, bowel and bladder concerns, and prenatal and postpartum conditions. Following a detailed assessment, the therapist develops an individualized treatment strategy and adjusts recommendations according to the patient’s progress and goals.
